On Gaurus, Blogger and Tweeter

Thomas Campion (1567-1620), Epigrams 1.183:
Perpetuo loqueris, nec desinis; idque molestum
omnibus est, et scis; sed tibi, Gaure, places.
My translation:
You talk constantly, and you don't stop. That bugs
everyone, and you know it. But you're a legend in your own mind, Gaurus.
Greek γαῦρος means haughty, disdainful (cf. γαύρηξ = braggart and γαυριάω = prance like a horse).
